According to Fremantle Rate Book records this was a vacant lot in 1904/5. By 1918/19 a cottage was on this lot, owned by Agnes Weir.Physical DescriptionOriginally single storey timber framed weatherboard clad house has two storey timber framed additions at the rear. There is a front room projecting and a bullnosed verandah supported on timber posts.
