The house numbering has changed over the years. It was originally No. 37 Agnes Street until changing in the mid 1930s to No. 11. It then changed during the 1960s to No. 15. The sewerage map of 1908 shows a narrow and relatively long weatherboard house with a verandah built across the front. The house changed ownership many times, however by 1938 the house included a shop and was used for mixed business, owned by Albert Baudain. Within two years the property was owned by Mary Baudain and then changed ownership again by 1942. A 1984 maps show where the shop is situated with a nil setback to the street.
