Strata plan 11 /13 Martha Street surveyor notes from 1977 regarding schedule of works is on file at the City of Fremantle Local History Collection. Physical DescriptionDuplex, 11-11a Martha Street. Single storey stone duplex has brick quoining to window and door openings and band at sill height. The hipped corrugated iron clad roof has two brick chimneys with corbelling. There is a bull nosed verandah which is supported by timber posts and decorative brackets. The windows are timber double hung sash.
