He died in 1911. House, 9 McCleery Street was first recorded on Lot 10B of 31 of 7 in 1900. The owner/occupier was James Adams, a Customs worker. Physical DescriptionSingle storey rendered with ashlar effect and painted corrugated iron hipped roof house. The roof has a rendered chimney with corbelling and extends over the verandah, which returns on the north side and is supported by turned timber collared posts.
