A residence is recorded in 1930. In 1995 an application for additions to the rear were approved. Photos record the exterior appearance before additions were made. On file at the Local History Collection: A photo from 1979; plans for the 1995 additions .Physical DescriptionSingle storey tuck pointed and painted brick and corrugated iron hipped and half timbered gable roofed house.
