This property was offered for sale in June 2001 and is described as a 1950s home with a wide entrance hall, leadlight door, 2 bedrooms at the front of the home and one at the rear, a separate lounge and dining area with fireplaces, a cellar that can be accessed from the rear of the property, garaging for one vehicle and the remains of an old stone stable wall on the eastern boundary of the property. The line drawing that accompanies the text shows a hipped tiled roof that comes to a pint with a verandah under the main roof line. The verandah covers the front of the house and wraps around half of the right hand side wall, where the main house access is situated. The front of the house has 2 windows, both comprising 2 opening windows (possibly sash windows) on either side of a fixed pane. The walls are red face brick. The roof is hipped and clad with tiles. There is a red brick chimney evident. The verandah is under a continuous tiled roof and wraps around one side of the house, supported by masonry columns at the front and pillars to the side. There are timber framed double hung sash windows either side of a central entrance door. The house is situated at street level. There is a carport addition with a flat roof to one side, and a red brick and timber picket fence to the front boundary line.
