Hooker Ltd (real estate agent), ES & A Bank, Bank of NSW, ANZ Bank, Malvern Star (home appliance and furnishing centre and cycles), Elizabeth Terrace ant the W.A. Trustee Building on the corner of Adelaide and Queen Streets. Elizabeth Terrace was a group of seven Victorian terraced homes built for Captain John Thomas in 1898. It is thought they were named in honour of his second wife Elizabeth Tracey. The W.A. Trustee Building was constructed in 1929 by Mason and Mills and was the home of "The West Australian" newspaper until 1972.
