These seven Victorian terrace houses were built for Captain John Thomas (1815-1907) in 1898. It is thought that they were named after his second wife Elizabeth Tracey. "Elizabeth Terrace" and the building on the right (WA Trustee Building erected in 1929) were demolished in 1973 to make way for a 4-storey retail/ office development known as "City House" in 1976.
