Watson's originally established their business (luncheon rooms) on Lot 417 on the corner of High and Market Streets. In 1903 they moved to Lots 31,32 on the corner of High and Mouat Streets. On 12 July 1919 they moved to Nos. 71-73 High Street. Here they sold small goods, hams, bacon, butter until their closure on 23 January 2004.
