Reference numberLH000251DescriptionSt John's Church. The foundation stone was laid January 1879 and the church was formally consecrated on 4th July 1882 by the Bishop of Perth, Henry Hutton Parry. Cost: 7,500 pounds. Late 1906 or early 1907 the bell turret was added.
