Builder: Mr E. Keane; Architects: Grainger and D'Ebro, Melbourne. Iron picket fence surrounding St. John's Reserve on the right. Pellews, High Street. J.H. Pellew first appears as an occupier of shop/rooms in 1898. In 1905 the buildings at 130, 132, 134, 136, 138 (Lots pt 328, 329, 329A) were demolished and re-erected in January 1906. In 1905, Herbert Henry Oxbrow took over the business after the death of Mr Pellew in 1905. In 1929 the business expanded to include an adjacent property. See: 725.21, 658.87 Miscellany File.
