The total area was 1 acre 3 roods; depth of water, mens section 1 foot 6 inches to 9 foot; womens 1 foot 6 inches to 6 foot. There was a wide platform on three sides of the mens section, each side with ten change rooms. The baths were situated between the South and the Long Jetties.
