Reference numberLH000708DescriptionJohn and Mary Higham established a bakery and confectionary business in Fremantle in 1853. Note the date on the building on this site (Lots 417,432). M. Higham & Sons and the single storied buildings to Bannister Street were demolished and replaced by new shops in 1912. J.A.Hicks in the Wyola Club (1903) is visible in the background.
