Reference numberLH000973DescriptionThe C.Y. O'Connor memorial was formally handed over to the Fremantle Harbour Trust on Thursday, 7th June 1912. The memorial was unveiled by Sir Gerald Strickland on 23rd June 1911. It was relocated to near C and D sheds in 1928 and shifted again to Cliff Street in August 1974, with a one metre reduction in pedestal height. From the left: S.S.
