In February 1899, they became an incorporated limited liability company with capital of 250,000 pounds and James Richard Fowler as Chairman of Directors. The architect for the premises in Henry Street, running through to Pakenham Street, was F W Burwell, FRIBA. The building cost 11000 pounds.
