It was opened 22.06.1887. In the centre are Manning Chambers (7-9 William Street): built 1906 by Abbot and Rennie to designs by Cavanagh and Cavanagh. On the right is Fisher Beard's Drapery Store (1908), now 34 Adelaide Street. Postcard printed for Fremantle News Agents Association.
