The gentleman in the front row, fourth from the left was Robert S Newbold (20.05.1857-21.02.1940), Manager Fremantle Gas Co, 1888-1909. He arrived in W A on the Otway in 1883, was a councillor from 1891-1899 and 1905-1908; and was on the Committee of the Fremantle Fire Brigade.
