Reference numberLH004224DescriptionThis house was built pre 1902 on land which was owned by William Murray (1830-1905) in 1886. Originally it was known as 31 Bay Road. Bay Road changed to Rule Street between 1967 and 1969. In 1902 the cottage was occupied by Frederick James Williams, a painter. In 1921/22 it was described as a five roomed wooden house.
