Reference numberLH004909Description39 Osborne Road was built in 1929 by Edward Thomas Fuller for Jessie (his daughter) and Albert Bateman. Jessie and Albert were married in St John's Church in November 1929. Albert (1893-1949) worked in an electrical shop, M J Bateman, in High Street. Originally the house had two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and toilet.
