Reference numberLH004944Description70 Osborne Road was a double brick and tile house built in 1943 by Joseph and Tom Brookes for Reginald and Eileen Toll (nee Brookes). Joseph Brookes was Eileen's father and Tom her brother. Reginald Toll was a warder at Fremantle Prison and played for South Fremantle Football Club.
