Reference numberLH005124Description2 Croke Lane, Fremantle Town Lot 1361, was granted to W F Samson, Cecil Hammond, John Bateman and A M Josephson in 1889 at a cost of 2300 pounds. The lot was undeveloped in 1890 when it was transferred to Dalgety and Co. From 1892 to 1925, Dalgety had warehouses and office space, designed by J J Talbot Hobbs, in what was then known as Dalgety Street. In 1933 Western Star Milling Co took over the property and in 1953 Mills and Ware Biscuits Pty Ltd owned it.
