Horace was the second son of Amy Ingram who lived in a de facto relationship with Henry William Devenish by whom she had four children.At the time the photos were taken, Horace was living at 34 Hampton Road. Amy then married George Edward Hargreaves in 1921. In photo 5225, (10.05.1915), Horace is on the extreme right: in 5226, (3.3.1915), he is in Class 2 (aged 9) and is second from the left in the back row: in 5227, (31.03.1915), he is 3rd from the right (standing): in 5228 at South Terrace Intermediate School, (28.02.1916), a group taken "for good work", he is fifth from the right and in 5229, (13.12.1915), in a picture of the five best behaved in each class, he is the only boy.Date1915PhotographerNot known Photograph FormatPhotographDigital ItemYes
