Fremantle Ports Administration Building, 1 Cliff Street

Reference numberLH005315DescriptionThe steel framed administration building for Fremantle Ports, formerly known as the Fremantle Port Authority, was built in 1963 at a cost of $650,000. The architects were Hobbs Winning and Leighton and the builder A T Brine and Sons. It was officially opened by the Premier the Honourable David Brand. In front of the building is the C Y O'Connor statue by Pietro Giacomo Porcelli, originally sited just north of the old Fremantle Harbour Trust offices.
