Reference numberLH005410DescriptionFormerly known as the Oddfellows, this hotel was erected in 1887 for george Alfred Davies. In 1985-86 Wayne Donaldson (owner) converted it to a colonial style pub. The conversion involved the demolition of about 1/3 of the building to reveal the original fabric of the building and the construction of a new frontage with verandahs. Note Alfonso's Restaurant in the basement of the hotel.
