The consultants appointed were BSD Consultants, Donaldson+ Warn Architects and Van der Peyl Marine Consultants. The first stage of the study documented the existing situation with regard to land use, servicing, economics, traffic, environment and marine infrastructure. This report ( 2nd stage ) presents integrated development scenarios ( short and long term) to guide the best utilisation of the waterfront and promote the area's maritime heritage.
