An integral part of the proposal involves relocation of four commercially viable industries to a new site in North Fremantle north of Tydeman Road and west of the railway. These industries are the container storage operators Conaust Pty Ltd and Keywest Pty Ltd, Swan Woolscourers and Fremantle Steam Laundry.
