The aim of this integrated access plan is to develop access nodes to the foreshore that provide safe, well spaced and susteinable access points that enable the local and regional communities to recreate and enjoy the Swan River foreshore. The four existing nodes include: Harvest Road (Harvey) Beach, Rocky Bay Beach, Rotunda Point, and Minim Cove.
