In March 1982 Cabinet agreed to review the port proposal and established a Cabinet Sub-Committee, and Departmental Technical Committee to compare the site with other available sites. This report examines the remaining sites: Mangles Bay (Onshore), mangles Bay (Offshore), Naval Base, Catherine Point (Robbs Jetty), North Mole (Fremantle), and has regard for the public response to the Interim Report.
