In 1899 Alfred Rosen owned all 4 parts of 887-895 and all were vacant. In 1905/06 a cottage is present on the lot owned by John Manners Hill, a contractor. Physical DescriptionSingle storey brick and zincalume hipped and half timbered gable roofed house.
