The house is Lot 1 of 615.Physical DescriptionHouse, 16 Howard Street is a single storey masonry and tile house constructed in the Inter-War California Bungalow style of Architecture. The walls are painted rendered brick. The roof is hipped with a central gable and clad with tiles. The front verandah sits under a lower roof line supported by rendered columns, with a rendered masonry half wall. The symmetrical front façade has a central door flanked by triple timber framed casement windows.
