(Coded: Brown: "Positively contributing to the built environment") Physical Description25 Howard Street is a single storey, single room width, brick, rendered masonry and tile house with an asymmetrical facade designed as an example of the Federation Bungalow style of architecture. The walls are face brick and rendered masonry. The roof is gabled and clad with tiles. The facade has a front door with a timber framed casement window to the side. The verandah has a separate tiled roof and is supported by moulded plaster columns.
