Duplex 15-17 Malcolm Street. In 1886 this was a vacant allotment. In 1888 one cottage is erected on the lot for Thomas Howson, a carpenter. In 1890 there are three cottages on the lot owned by Thomas Howson. Physical DescriptionDuplex 15-17 Malcolm Street is a single storey rendered attached pair with a terracotta tiled gabled roof.
