(Fremantle Rate Book records)Physical DescriptionHouse, 97 Marmion Street is a single storey, timber and zincalume house with a symmetrical facade designed in the Victorian Georgian style of architecture. The walls are timber framed and clad with painted weatherboard. The roof is hipped and clad with replacement zincalume. There is a red brick corbelled chimney. The façade is symmetrical with a central front door with top and side fanlights flanked by windows. The bullnose verandah has a separate corrugated iron roof supported by turned and chamfered timber posts with decorative timber brackets. There is a low recycled brick wall to the front boundary line.
