(Fremantle Rate Book records)Physical DescriptionHouse, 101 Marmion Street is a single storey, timber and zincalume house with a symmetrical facade designed as a late example of the Victorian Georgian style of architecture. The walls are timber framed and clad with painted weatherboard. The roof is hipped and clad with zincalume. The façade is symmetrical with a central front door with top fanlights flanked on either side by timber framed double hung sash windows. The dropped roof verandah has a separate corrugated iron roof supported by timber posts with decorative iron lace work. There is a timber picket fence to the front boundary line.
