(Fremantle Rate Book records).Physical DescriptionHouse, 103 Marmion Street is a single storey, timber and corrugated iron house with a symmetrical facade designed as a late example of the Victorian Georgian style of architecture. The walls are timber framed and clad with painted weatherboard. The roof is hipped and clad with painted corrugated iron. There is a brick chimney. The façade is symmetrical with a central front door with top and side fanlights flanked on either side by timber framed double hung sash windows. The bullnose verandah has a separate corrugated iron roof supported by turned and chamfered timber posts with decorative timber brackets. There is a steel tube and cyclone wire fence to the front boundary line.
