In 1893 there is a cottage at the front owned by Thomas Keady and a cottage at the back owned and occupied by Margaret Nugent. In 1905/06 there is a cottage on the lot owned and occupied by Kenneth McKenzie and a cottage at the back owned and occupied by Margaret Nugent.
