The place contributes to a substantially intact late nineteenth and early twentieth century streetscape close to the centre of Fremantle.ArchaeologyConditionHistoryRate Book research was not conclusive in determining an accurate date of construction.Physical DescriptionSingle storey painted brick house with a zincalume gabled roof and brick chimney. There is a projecting roof with gable, and a verandah with a continuous iron roof. The attached former shop has a parapet fronting the corrugated iron gabled roof and a zero setback from the pavement.
