The place contributes to a substantially intact late nineteenth and early twentieth century streetscape close to the centre of Fremantle.ArchaeologyConditionHistoryA cottage appears on the lot in 1900. It was owned by Elizabeth Stokeld and occupied by Robert Beard Stokeld, who was a brass moulder. Physical DescriptionSingle faced timber framed and weatherboard clad (ashlar effect to the façade) zincalume gabled roof house. There is a bull nosed verandah supported by timber posts and timber framed double hung wash windows extant and the entrance has a timber paneled door and a sidelight.
