Lot 146 of Cockburn Sound Location 134 (later 19A Daly Street) remained vacant land until 1960, when approval for a brick and tile house costing ₤3,350 was given to Josep Radonich. Mr Radonich sold the house a few years later to Luyz and Conceicao De Agrelo. In 1965, a timber frame and asbestos workshop was built at the rear of the property. In 1976, an application was made by J Pita for a patio and garage at the side of the house. In 1980, Jose Rodrigeuz and Aldorar Pita were listed as the owners. An application was submitted by L J Bell in 1994 for a carport to the front of the existing dwelling. By 1995, the cottage had been remodelled as a limestone cottage.Physical DescriptionHouse, 19a Daly Street is a single storey rendered masonry and tile with a asymmetrical facade. The verandah is under a broken back corrugated iron roof.
