(Coded: Brown: "Positively contributing to the built environment") It was also included in the "Heritage Study South Fremantle", prepared by John Taylor Architects, for the City of Fremantle, June 1993.Physical DescriptionHouse, 15 Harbour Road is a single storey, timber framed, fibrous cement sheeting and iron house with an asymmetrical facade designed as a simple variation of the Interwar Californian Bungalow style of architecture. The walls are timber framed clad with fibrous cement sheeting. The roof is hipped and clad with corrugated iron. The front elevation has a central front door with fanlight, flanked on one side by fixed pane casement windows. The verandah has a continuous corrugated iron roof and is supported by a square timber post. One side is enclosed and has louvred windows. The other side has an enclosed balustrade. The house sits on a low timber foundation. There is a timber deck verandah. A face brick chimney is evident.
