The International Sailing Federation (ISFA) World Branding rebranded to World Sailing in 2015. As this object bears the ISAF logo, it is likely to have been created prior to this rebrand.
A sticker on the underside of the sculpture identifies Hanover House as the likely retailer or distributor.
