Listed individuals include: Major George Bland Humble 1871-1902; Samuel Thomas McMillan 1902-1910; Henry Thomas Haynes, M.I.C.E. (Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers), who served from 1911 to 1921; James Shepherd, J.P. (Justice of the Peace), who succeeded Haynes and served from 1921 to 1947; and Noel John C. McCombe, whose term commenced in 1947.
