It was an iron barque built in Belfast, Ireland, in 1863. Owned by J.P. Corry & Co, the vessel was at the end of a voyage from Glasgow to Fremantle under the command of Captain Rich when it struck a reef on 25 September 1890, and was wrecked and sunk. It was carrying waterworks supplies. All seventeen crew on board the vessel survived the wreck. Artifacts salvaged from the wreck site include bottles, ammunition, pocket knives, slay pipes and rigging.
