The architects were Wilkinson, Smith and Wilson and the building work was done by L. Burness for 1528 pounds. Taken July 1969. The Fremantle Free Lending Library. Became known as the Evan Davies Civic Library in January 1956. In 1993 Dome Coffee proposed a million dollar redevelopment of the old Evan Davies Library Building at 13 South Terrace.
