Reference numberE000820-32DescriptionThe Freemasons' Hotel was built in 1903 by Mr Reynolds for James Gallop. It replaced an earlier hotel (1854-1856). The original verandahs were removed in the mid 1950s and replaced in 1986. The Hotel was renamed the Sail and Anchor in 1984 and commenced brewing its own beer.
