Rate Book research was not conclusive in determining an accurate date of construction for 7 Loukes Street. Physical DescriptionSingle storey stone with brick quoining to window and door openings and corners of house. The house is set back from the pavement and has a zincalume hipped roof and decorative timberwork to the gable. The timber double hung sash windows and timber door have stained glass sidelights.
